This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising, and builds no profile of you. It counts visits without knowing who you are.
Page views are counted through Vercel Web Analytics. It records the page, the country, the kind of device and where the visit came from. It stores no cookie, no identifier that follows you between visits, and nothing that names you.
The site is served by Vercel, which keeps server logs including IP addresses for a short period, as any web host does. Those logs exist to deliver the pages and defend against abuse.
Two preferences are kept in your browser's local storage: whether you chose the light or the dark theme, and whether you left the grid overlay showing. They never leave your device and are not readable by me. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Typefaces and images are served from this domain. No third party sees your visit.
Mail sent to hello@laurentnyssen.be reaches my inbox and stays there as long as the exchange is useful. It is not added to any list and not passed on.
Under the GDPR you may ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@laurentnyssen.be and I will answer within a month. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
